Knowledge expansion and Technological advancement have changed the entire web of life. For the sustained survival and progression new tools and techniques are needed which are receptive to the changing needs of the society. Across the globe, the education continually tries for creating new paradigms and tools to deal with the emerging aspirations and needs of the generation. At the global level, tremendous efforts have been made to redefine and refine education process on the basis of the challenges of the new world order. Pandemic COVID - 19 has made a dramatic shift in the living and learning eco-system across the world. Knowledge and technology integration are the strategizing tools to solve the issues and challenges in education.

Indian education system is on a cross road.This has been on a transformative path with the implementation of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 learning from the rich cultural and educational heritage. Our nation has a pivotal role to play in changing the entire educational canvas. Higher Education Institutions and all its stakeholders have to engage in a serious intellectual discourse of reimaging, envisioning and setting strategic road maps and meticulously overcoming the challenges at the implementation phase. Days are not far, where one nation can set up a new landscape through the transformative tools of education by designing the curriculum through an outcome-based approach largely relying on experiential and participatory nature.

At this juncture, internalising this period, Mother Teresa College of Teacher Education, Perambra, Kozhikode a premier institution is committed to build the teachers and transform the society in collaboration with Kerala State Higher Education Council; Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai and All Inida Association for Educational Research, Bhubaneswar is setting an avenue for an intellectual discourse where there is convergence of academicians, prospective teachers, teacher educators and other stakeholders to seriously interact, intervene and innovate on this transformation process.
